Service Description

Short on time? This is a High Intensity Interval Training class known as HIIT. Tabata rounds consist of four minute work periods. You will push to a breathless level for 20 seconds alternated with 10 seconds of rest. Eight rounds will be executed during this four minute cycle. You will complete 6 Tabata cycles in this total body workout! Rounds 1 and 5 will be high intensity cardio and Plyometric training. Rounds 2, 3, and 4 will be paired with cardio, strength, and weight activities. Active recoveries will be implemented after each tabata cycle. Round 6 will complete your training regimen with abdominal work. (30 minute class)
