Service Description

This throw back has been reinvented! We have taken the late 80’s inspired Gin Miller step aerobics class and made it new, fresh, and trendy utilizing the ramp. The slanted step bench sets at an incline while performing three traditional style step combinations. Your step instructors have created clean, easy to follow Ramp routines with smooth transitions. You will step up, walk the plank, V-Step turn, and more! The choreography is fun to watch and learn. You will leave this class stoked and wanting more of the Ramp! Creators of Ramp Step are Sheila Stewart and Lori Huber. (50 minute class)
