Military Camp

Service Description

Military Camp is our take on boot camp and is one of our free style class offerings. Following a thorough warm-up, your camp instructor will take you through various stations, circuits, and drills all while utilizing our weighted ropes, slam balls, dumbbells, BLOX, resistance bands, bosu, tires, and more! You will flip tires, engage in box jumps, push weighted plates, execute burpees, and more. Eat your Wheaties for this one! (50 minute class)
