Service Description

Short on time? Fight your Battles with the Ropes! Do you want to be a lean mean muscle machine? Weighted ropes will give you a total body workout while offering some flare to your interval training workouts! This class offers four weighted rope stations alternated with four boot camp style HIIT moves. You will perform each station for 30 seconds each. Your camp instructor will lead you through this total body circuit for five rounds. One minute active recovery moves will be implemented following each round. (30 minute class)
