Battle the Ropes 16

Service Description

(Short on time?) The name says it all! We have taken these ropes to a whole different level! We have 8 rope stations and 8 core stations giving you a total 16 station workout! Using a tabata style format, you will complete each station for 20 seconds with 10 second rest periods. You will round off the 16 circuit-station workout for 6 rounds! You will see upper body results while improving strength, endurance and cardio skills. Come BATTLE the ropes with us! Creators of Battle the Ropes 16 are Evangelia Grevenitis and Lori Huber. (30 minute class)
