Service Description

Short on time? This class was originally designed for the mature adult. All ages have come to love this fun, enjoyable workout. Your instructor will lead you through circuits of seated and standing low impact exercises. You will use a variety of equipment from resistance bands, hand weights, Pilates balls, and our B. Loved barre! No matter your age or fitness level, you are sure to enjoy this class! This is also a good place to start for beginners of any age. (30 minute class)
