Service Description

The name says it all! You will chisel and sculpt your muscles in this weight and strength training class. To achieve a balanced workout, your instructor will alternate between upper and lower body exercises utilizing dumbbells, barbells, bands, balls, gliding discs, and more. We will end with abdominal work that will tone and tighten your midsection while strengthening your back. (50 minute class)
