Service Description

Short on time? Get in! Get it done! This is interval training at it’s best all in 30-minutes flat! Following a five minute warm-up, your instructor will lead you through six cardio and strength building exercises. You will complete the 6-exercise circuit three times through. Round 1 exercises will be performed for 1 minute per move, round 2 exercises will be performed for 45 seconds each, and round three moves will last 30 seconds each. Balance/stretch poses will be incorporated after each round. (30 minute class)
